Steven L. Best is from Margate, New Jersey. He is a graduate of the Class of 1977, Community Development. Steven is a Life Member of the Penn State Alumni Association and has been since 1977. He has been a member of both the Broward Chapter and the Palm Beach Chapter since moving to Florida in 1994. He is a Licensed Florida Property Manager, living in Lake Worth. He has been married to his wife Cindy since 1996.
