Mandi Duggan is the Secretary for the Palm Beach Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association. She has been involved with the association in various capacities for the last 10 years. She graduated from Penn State in 1999 from the College of Liberal Arts with a Psychology degree.
She currently has a private counseling practice in West Palm Beach. Her focus is on women’s issues, perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, and fertility struggles. She is married with an adorable 5 yo little lion Connor. Mandi also operates a mommy blog, Neurotic Moms Club, a 501c3 ECMO Warriors, and various side hustles with Avon, Chloe and Isabel, and Le-Vel Thrive. Originally from Long Island, New York, she made her way South Florida via Tunkhannock, PA, to Atlanta, GA and has settled in West Palm Beach for the last 15 years.
